Me
I am Bhushan Lanjekar. A seasoned product designer with a proven track record of taking projects from 0 to 1. I am currently designing the future of satellite operations at a SaaS startup called Leanspace. Before this I have designed products and experiences at Amdocs, Infobeans and KPIT.
One of my core strengths is my problem-solving approach. I see design challenges as opportunities to use empathy, data and creativity to address real user needs. In my design process I am always focused on understanding the 'why', ensuring each element serves a purpose and improves the overall experience
Throughout my career of 14+ years, I’ve designed for large corporations and startups for both B2B and B2C products collaborated with cross-functional teams and implemented efficient processes.
I thrive in environments that encourage new ideas and initiative while providing flexibility. I strongly believe in radical candor, and I make a consistent effort to provide constructive, candid feedback, which I view as fundamental to a thriving workplace culture. Additionally, I’m open to receiving feedback that can help me grow both personally and professionally. Throughout my career, I have a track record of taking constructive actions based on feedback, consistently improving my skills and approach.
